That was only DPI by the DB holding the arm down.  Good spot by the ref.

Does the RTP get taken "for free" because they would already be at the 1?  League needs to find a way to make those 15 yarders actually punish someone.

Yeah it really should have.  Makes it clear you can do as many dirty plays as you want (not saying they did here) and only get the one penalty.

The URs would normally be cumulative, but when it's at the 1 it does nothing.  So on a 1st & goal from the 1, go ahead and UR away with impunity on D!  Do it within the whistles and you won't even get ejected for multiples!
