Have 2 weeks to find a KR.

We had all TC and 14 games to find a back up returner on the PR. Still trying to figure out why O'Shea said they were working on some new schemes several weeks ago. I don't see any difference in any part of our kicking or return game.

Time to start going for 2...

Anyone notice how Leggs did today?

I already mentioned he was perfect on the day. Castillo missed getting 4 points and cost us 2 on the returned PAT. That was the difference in momentum and the game.

We were out coached both offence and defence. On offence we went to the deep ball in double and triple coverage a few to many times. It's not always necessary. That last incompletion for example when there might have still been enough time for more plays and only needed a 1st down.

On defence we saw the infamous bend but don't break soft coverage that Hall likes so much. That works when the front 7 is getting constant pressure. We weren't. We lost TOP but the entire game was like that.

I'm not angry, my bad. I'm stating a fact. He doesn't make enough good plays. It's more obvious when we lose but it's a fact. Still seeing soft coverage and sloppy tackling. I'm not sure whether he's has a higher ceiling or this is it. At this point I consider his play overall as average. Average is not good enough.

EDIT: Well I'm angry that we lost to a team we should have blown away. Total failure by the defence and ST's. Coverage was not great, returns were horrible and kicking becoming suspect.
I took caps as yelling.  Can't say what Kramdi is yet.  Last week we all sung his praises and concensus was his development was on a strong upward trend.  Average at his point of his career is ok, I hope he hits above average by years end.  These reps will pay off.

Again my main point was he wasn't a liability.  Average isn't a liability, it's a building point imo.

Average is a liability. Kramdi and Thomas are rarely exceptional. It takes exceptional to win. Having to play average and using 8 Canadians is a liability IMO.

Like I said we lost to 3 teams with 1st year starters. That's not good by any definition. Combined wins of 15 of 38 games.

I'd say our chances of finishing 1st rely on beating the Lions to win the season series. On the road.

You can paint this anyway you want but a supposedly ?very good? team with ample?weapons? has an opportunity to get close to locking up the Western Conference before a bye week and playing a weak team and they screw it up. Not the mark of a championship team.

Good team with a reasonable shot at a championship - works better for me.

Out of all the people to hate!   These two didn't lose you the game.  The pass interference sucked, but Kramdi played a decent game.  Your Dline played ok and Thomas made tackles for short gain, against Butler.

Tiger

What a crap show.  It was a team effort.

I am glad we have Collaros and is probably the QB I would want of I could have any CFL QB I wanted.  That said he is not playing well consistently.

I have always said how good Jeff park was and without him we notice, especially when willie is double teamed every play.

The team, especially acolaros and coaches should be embarrassed by this game. Love coaches but a lot golf this falls on their shoulders with equal poor play across the board.

We are in a blue Bomber golden age and in first place complaining.  That said we seem on the downward slide.  Wrong?

They beat us on the passes.  I don't they  ran the ball on us.  Maybe we didn't know they would be that effective passing the ball. But I don't think they ran 100 yards but they scored alot.

Yeah thanks man.  Agree all.  Blue In BC has been around forever knows his ball but will never back down when he is on a topic (neither do I lol).   He and one of the mods way over the top negative on Kramdi.  Thomas good game.
Love it

Nice to see a little balance and sanity to the GDT

I'll give you some balance.  I'm with Blue in BC.  Kramdi's penalties were a huge libability.  Not forgiven on a MOS team especially in close game like this. Or how about making up for it and stuff the run when we need a two and out.  Nope.

Overall we were complacent. We are too comfortable against crappy teams.  We need to get consistent.

The Zipp

Well bc did what we couldn't...completed a comeback when given the chance...we had a shot to steal this game and flubbed it.
