Hope not!

My group will be there also - we travel from Calgary the day prior - stay in Moosejaw. The guys go to the game while the ladies spend the day at the spa and casino next door. We all get together post game back in Moosejaw for a great wrap up and then head back to Calgary the next day.

My clients in Saskatchewan always host us and have great season tickets. We have great lcoations just can not remember the exact section. And I even drink some of the local brews!

I`m going with a different bus tour group this year and apparently our hotel is beside the casino. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to go for a nice dinner?  Thanks in advance.

A "nice" dinner?  In Regina?  Seriously? Ah, just kidding....I think.  ;)

Speaking of old, I remember them sitting on a garage roof I think it was, watching the game over Tayor Field's fence. The team would also sell spots on the grass just past the end zone, no seat. And also I remember one night game (70's) they had to show in black and white on tv because Taylor Field didn't yet have powerful enough lighting installed for color.

Impressive memory! July 5, 1985. I just remember we throttled a lot of teams at home in the '80's. We were a dominant team.

You are staying at the Delta, across the street from the casino.

Free fan buses leave from the Delta 2 1/2 hours prior to kick-off.

Crave and Golf's Steak House are right beside each other on Victoria Avenue.

Bombers have had gatherings at Crave in the past, but haven't heard about this year.

Casino has a real nice Sunday Brunch.

I always recommend The Diplomat in Regina (https://thediplomatsteakhouse.com/) - best Ceasar's salad in Western Canada. Golf's (https://www.golfssteakhouseregina.com/about-us) is good too.

My gang stays in Moosejaw (we live in Calgary) and drive into the game. Our hosts do a BBQ for us pregame and then post game we head back to Moosejaw to wrap up the weekend and head back to Calgary next day.

I'm offficially planning to go to my first ever LDC, what do I need to know....
Is there any alcohol-free sections? I want to avoid buying a ticket in one of those sections if they exist at Mosaic.
Any suggestions on good, cheaper hotels within 5 km or so?
Do hotels have shuttles to the Stadium?
Is transit an option?
I'm currently thinking of staying within a 30 min walk of the Stadium and looking at purchasing some seats close to field level.

pretty sure there is an alcohol family zone not sure where though..
Might hard pressed to get. Room now as many from Saskatoon Yorktown etc come into town foe the game. Might be better this year and Riders stink and there might be more available rooms. If you can get a room downtown you could almost walk. No shuttle service that I am aware of but I could be wrong there. There is definitely transit options. There transit buses are coloured blue and gold Lol same colour as the city of Regina flag.

Good Luck OG!
