Scratch that- anxiety is back  :-\

All smiles now!! Heart rate is coming back down. JETS WIN!! So pumped up! They once again found a way to win. Hopefully they got rid of the jitters and will be more dominant on Friday.

What a crowd on Donald street too. I wasn?t expecting that large of a crowd for game one. Friday will be more.

They seem to understand they can always win.

What a game!!!  There was a bit of a lull in the second period, but the third was electric. There was a wave going on in the crowd late third period.

So are you cheering for the Atlanta Jets/Winnipeg Thrashers or just showing up with a comment here and there?

I think it was Wheeler who alluded to that after the game last night. Even when the Wild took a 2-1 lead, he said the team was calm and just kept playing its game. If anything, the Parise goal got the Jets back on track; they were too loose early in the third and it cost them.

Great game last night and an even greater win. Huge confidence builder for a team who has played confidently for a while now. Tomorrow should be bonkers.

Maurice addressed that too after the game...that if we had gone down 2-1 in the 2015 playoffs, it would have been crushing.  But this team has the mental toughness and confidence that if they get down a goal or two, they will still win, because they have such a great offense, and don't need to change their game in those situations.

Totally different team between then and now. And it was on display last night as they secured the win. Honestly, if not Dubynk standing on his head through 40 mins., that's probably a much different game going into the third.

Was a little surprised that we outshot the Wild 40-20 last night until I read that the Wild are 26th in the league this year in total shots.  A little surprising considering they had the 11th most goals in the league.

Yep Dubnyk played great. Was super funny at the game after he let in the third goal, all the fans were chanting ?Dubnyk...Dubnyk...Dubnyk?.  :D

Anyone go to the street party?
I was thinking about taking my son on Friday, but it looked pretty packed there.

I heard it was crazy.... I seen on TV some young kids there.... looked no older than 5 or 6.  I guess it would depend on how old your son is and how well he can tolerate close spaces and loud noise.

I went to the street party before and after the game. Atmosphere was awesome. Lots of people dancing after the game. Not sure it?d be a good place for young kids though. They sell alcohol there at the street party.  How old is your son?
