Kevin Donnelly with True North Sports and Entertainment says he?s inviting @SnoopDogg to perform at the Winnipeg Jets whiteout street party.

I am sure that would be unnecessary. I would bet Snoop has enough to support his habitt without help from Donnelly

Spurgeon hasn?t been told he?s not cleared, so he assumes he?s good to go. He said everything went well with tests at docs #mnwild

Jamie Phillips called up to the big club this morning. He'll serve as the third goalie for the playoffs.

is it that they don't want to impact the Moose playoffs by having a goalie sit on the bench with the Jets?? If Helle goes down (shudder) and then Mason (shudder) I suspect it would be Hutch or Comrie going in and not this other dude...

That makes sense. So Phillips is only there in case both Helle and Mason both got injured in the same game.

Are roster sizes expanded for the playoffs?

I watched Jets TV this morning and they said Phillips was only called up to particapate in this mornings practice because they wanted 2 goalies on the ice and Helly dont skate on game days.
