Quote from: Blue In BC on July 22, 2026, 09:16:43 PMDixon has started practising at " full " and is eligible to come off after this weeks' game. If he's added back to the AR it would likely be Jenkins that is taken off. to accomplish that.

Makes sense, in recent weeks they've shown they can accommodate Willie, Ceresna + 3 rookie Imports, at least until Lawson comes back. If Schmeck comes on this week, Kornie probably comes off.

Jenkins, Stuart, Corcoran and Boulaine moved to PR. Nothing official yet, but 3 of Clercius, Ball, Novak and Schmekel back to AR. Kramdi might not play so it could be all 4 on and Kramdi to 1 game IR?

Are they activating Dixon 1 week early? There are not many import choices to add with Jenkins coming off.  Singer is the only other import healthy that is available.

Quote from: theaardvark on July 22, 2026, 05:57:04 PMMaybe Mazz has some interest from other camps, with Oline going down.  Or he wasn't impressive enough in his one start here to keep investing in him oer the other options...
or he just didn't show enough to keep and we have vanterpool
Quote from: LXTSN on July 22, 2026, 06:57:44 PMI'd like to see Clercius back on the AR. Cobb has done fine, and Corcoron has done well blocking, but Clercius can actually make some tough catches and he's a big target.
If Dixon gets back on the roster, who comes off? Reese, Jenkyns, Fletcher?
easily Jenkins. He got demoted once already and frankly showed nada

Dixon or Singer would both be great. Dixon has inside-out versatility and Singer is honestly our 5th best WR minimum as it stands

Kramdi looked pretty good on the last play of the game. He might have just taken the day off.
Don't go through life looking in the rearview mirror.

Ya, I guess this answers those questions: Vant really was nicked, and Mazz wasn't considered as good.  Interesting we gave him a live "tryout" shot before dumping him!  That's a little bit against Mafia norms.
Never go full Johnston!

Another option is to add Hazen back with Jenkins coming off.  It doesn't make sense unless Jenkins has really flamed out. Another LB is the last thing we need on the AR.

We haven't chosen to add Texada with the improved play of Kelly, so changing that one DI is puzzling. Next week I could see Dixon coming back but this week the last DI is a ???

Kramdi was involved in the last play of the game. Even if he has a hand injury I think he plays.

Yikes. Kramdi out and Jackson in as a depth role DI. Kelly starts at safety. I'm not sure who will really be the one that replaces him in a 2 safety look. Hallett shows on the depth chart but he really hasn't taken on that this year or even last.

We might see Ball on the field in some defensive sets.

Next week we should have the option of either Woodbey, Dixon or both being added. Either would likely see more reps than Jackson whether he sees any or not this week.

Kramdi will be missed
Some have been hard on him over the years and this year, will leave a massive hole
Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got till it's gone

Hmmm, no indication who's getting the RR designation this week, if it's not Vanterpool he might go back on the 6 game for another spin. He hasn't played a lick this season so if he has ongoing health issues makes you wonder why they didn't keep the younger Mazzcua.

Nobody on RR and Vanterpool was already on the 6 game IR. Since he's actually injured they can't release him

Too weird, I guess he was on RR for some early games so he still has time left on the first 6 game. I'd love to know what his injury is and if their intention is to have him eventually replace Stan.

Anyone remember if Ball spent anytime at Safety last season?  Not sure where he's slotted to fit in or if he's going to remain a career STer.

They went back to 2 import rookies on the D-line and kept Korny in rotation, maybe due to Kramdi's absence but you'd think ratio would be easily covered with the 4 other options on defence.

What kind of hand injury puts you on the 6 game when your not a receiver or rb?
Plan for the worst. Hope for the best.

6 game is standard now for all injuries, as O'Shea said "it doesn't mean nuthin" he could be back in a week or two or five or six, but better safe than sorry.
