Yes Rourke is really good, but Butler is also a very, very good player, I would love to hear a bit about him, it's a good sign for BC that he did practice in full yesterday, I would love to hear how his knee/ankle/hip whatever it is handled it. I don't follow BC that closely but if TJ Lee is out, is that a big loss for them?

GO BLUE

Butler looked great in the WSF game against the Stamps and in many other games this season, but he was a non-factor in the first meeting against the Bombers in BC Place, he went 8/33yds.  Now that he is injured and the weather has turned I don't expect him to be much of a problem.

Cold: -6 isn't cold in Manitoba. Bighill still running around in shorts.  Windy 4 km wind with gusts up to 9 km, not that much of a factor in IG field. When you sit in the lower level you don't even feel the wind. Snow Covered:  The field will be swept off a few times before the game starts, snow shouldn't be a factor. Too long in BC, you're soft.

-6 is 6 degree below normal for this time of year so it is cold actually.  Glad the wind won't be too much of a factor.  I remember going to the east Final at Canad Inns Stadium back in 2011 and the temperature was -10 and about -17 to -20 with the windchill.  Much colder than this Sunday's game.

Going to be a cold, somewhat windy and snow covered field? That means there are going to be turnovers. Deep passing game will be more difficult. Players will be falling down as they make cuts etc. Kicking game and returns are going to be interesting.

Bombers should be more used to that but one play here or there could decide the game.

It snowed well here last night but isn?t is quite mild still.

Based on forecast No and no. It really is not the cold here and should not be cold as it may Sunday.

It is not cold enough for the snow to hang around on the field. Possibly slippery though but not likely there as well.

You can throw out what happened between Wpg and BC in the regular season. Last two games were meaningless and the first one was a long time ago. It means nothing now. BC is riding high and they will be a problem. While I'm expecting us to come out on top, it is going to be an incredible battle. This is going to be exciting.

I think it will come down to ST's and turnovers, maybe a an undiscipline penalty or two.

Not the point. The point being that the ball will be harder to throw, catch and hold onto. The game could be significantly influenced by the weather conditions, moreso than any game this season.

Bombers are the better team and weather levels the playing field somewhat.

Bombers gotta be playing around with injury reports...now Bailey is listed as doubtful for the game.  Yesterday it was full practice.  Unless something flared up.

We will miss him big time

LT Joel Figueroa got all the 1st team reps in practice today & will start on Sunday. Broxton moves back inside to LG. Lucky Whitehead did not practice again & wont play. James Butler will start at RB. No changes on defense from last week. @CFLonTSN

From Derek Taylor:

Rasheed Bailey listed as Doubtful. Practiced full on Thursday (closed practice today).

If he can't play, I'd guess that's more work for Drew Wolitarsky and Brendan O'Leary-Orange. But Bailey's 9 TDs and general "crush them all attitude" wouldn't be easily replaceable.

Guessing the offence will be focused around 88 to start the game hence the doubtful tag.
