Do they need a whole new Oline, or do they need a new Oline coach and OC?   Because cahnging leadership can make a big difference in performance.

I'd say some new players to compete in camp, and Lapo and Bob Wylie... that combo would make Fajardo look like a top QB in the league again...

Don't start with Bob Wylie again. He did exactly nothing to help our struggling oline the last time he was here despite how you somehow rave about his coaching prowess despite knowing the first thing about offensive line play.

Lol... Bob Wylie is widely acclaimed as the guru of Oline coaching.  But sure... the first 3 years of MOS's coaching career, the team struggled.

Odd thing, though... 4/5ths of the oline that will be lining up for us in the WF this year were caoched here by him in 2016...  maybe he might have done some good here...

No one is questioning the man's career, but I think it's time for others to step up at this point.

The man is over 70 now, a team can probably comfortably look elsewhere.

Sure... but they need someone to fix the oline, for sure.

Lapo as OC, Charbonneau as Oline coach...

There are also other coaches that are good at their jobs - it?s not just former Bombers.

Why would anyone want to hire lapolice after his dreadful performance in ottawa, not just his head coaching performance, but their offense stunk. He leaves and their offense started scoring points

You have a point. As soon as he left suddenly they can score points. Kind of ironic. No joke.

Dyce comes in and they start throwing deep.  Lapo was always scared.  Lapo sometimes gets too conservative and doesn't trust his guys unless/until they are top-notch.  He did it here.

His gameplan as HC in OTT was always to keep the game close with D and hope he can dink & dunk enough to get 1 more point.

I think it demoralizes your QB/WR too much.  When Matty started showing he could do those deep shots, Lapo opened it up more for him (see beginning of '19).  But Matty had to spend a long time earning that trust (basically '15-'17).

I think Lapo would still make an excellent OC, even here.  But he has to trust in his QB.  Not a problem with Zach here.  If/when someone steals Buck for HC, I'd take Lapo at OC in a heartbeat.  Maybe we need to start whispering in Buck's ear that he can be the heir to MOS when he finally throws in the towel or moves upstairs.
Never go full Rider!

Fajardo was emerging.  However, when your QB carries the ball say 4 times a game, he has a chance of getting hurt.
The jerk  who is the GM in Sask, did not bring ay quality guys to block.
Additionally, Fajardo played almost the entire season with a bad leg, and should probably have surgery.
If you remember, a couple years ago, he would have thrown the winning TD pass vs. the Bombers, but he hit the goalpost, and Winnipeg ended up winning the playoff game.

He easily is the scapegoat.  However, before they cut him, get rid of O'Day, Maas, and bring in some killer O linemen, and what happened to their receivers?  They were deadly last yr.  Again, is this O'Day not offering them decent cash?

Dickenson is fine.  He delegates, which he should.  Last yr., they were challenging for the West.  This yr. right out of training camp they lost their 100 yds. a game back, if not two of them.

But Cody needs to be un-injured so he can run around.  However, as the body gets older, it doesn't work as well.  Cody has a limited ability to complete all the different passes. However that puts him in the rank of 3rd or fourth best QB, in my opinion

He is better than Harris,, Bo(also injured) Dane, Arbuckle, Maier, and Corneilius,

I like Macleod-Thompson, Rourke, and of course Zac.

so, for half the CFL teams it is next year country.  The other half can easily win vs. each other.  Scary for the Bombers if Rourkr plays the final, and same with Toronto, McLeod Bethel-Thompson at times looks like a M.O.P., while others he could be ranked # 10 in a nine team league.

Bet the Riders make a play for BLM and Lawler in the offseason.  maybe Lucky Whitehead if BC thinks he's expendable.

You could very well be right.  I think that the Riders will go heavy into free agency in 2023 to shore up vulnerable areas.  Look for coaching changes also even though the HC, OC and DC are signed for 2023.

That would have tied the game, not won the game. People keep saying they were a goalpost away from going to the Grey Cup. Not true .. it would have tied the game.
GO BLUE BOMBERS GO !
COOL BEANS !

Will Arndt has done a very nice job since taking over in Ottawa as their OC. Arbuckle is playing much better under his system.
Don't go through life looking in the rearview mirror.

I still believe Arbuckle can be successful with the right system.

I agree... more imagination running the offence than LaPo did.

And yet everyone says what a great OC Lapo is. He?s not. He?s conservative and boring
