From the data, it appears Streveler is at least 3.5 inches too short and 30 pounds too light to play TE in the NFL.

Fullback, TE, wideout, hybrid... he has hands and versatility, and never stops competing.  Make him an OLB... you'll get good mileage out of him.  Special teams... and having a backup backup QB means rostering 2 QBs doesn't leave you short...
