Blue Bombers sign all-star receiver Tim White

Considering Sterns was probably earning under $120k, I'm not so sure, he gave them good bang for the their buck.  TBH never cared for Tim White, if I listed 10 receivers I'd like to sign from around the league, he wouldn't be on it. 

To be fair, 10 receivers would be the top receiver on every club, and Lawler probably beats White out in that category.

I'd bet he'd be in the top 10 FA receivers list, and top 3 currently available receivers list

Hope it works out, there is no doubt he is talented and has returning possibilities, which can come in handy.

Wheatfall would take that last spot right? I think all we can afford after that is entry level contracts for WR's, so we better make sure we have solid competition in that department!

I hope they hang onto Wheatfall, he might even accept a PR spot if no other team signs him in FA.  Also hoping that 6'-5" Jahmal Banks from Nebraska makes the team as a PR player, he could become a great possession receiver who can also win difficult 50/50 balls.

This is a good signing, Tim White is a playmaker and can make plays for us. He's got history with Condell and Zack has history with condell, so our offense is moving in the right direction

Surprised we went this way, but giving Collaros another target with hands is good.  As a deep threat, lets hope Zach has the arm strength to get it to him.  Here's to a season of "dropping dimes"

And a stout enough O-line to give him time in the pocket and for receivers to get into their routes.

I would have rather had Mack but he can't stay on the field.

Could be an awesome acquisition or a complete bust. Time will tell...

I remember him dropping EZ passes last year.

I'm happy we went after a proven rec FA.

Demski, Pokey and White is a very solid top 3. So glad we didn't just stand pat and give Wilson and Demski that whole workload. We have a set of real weapons now.

Very good interview, never heard him interviewed before, I like him and his attitude. The man is threat everytime he touches the ball, can't wait to see him play, he can hurt you a number of different ways, our offense just got noticeably better - White, Demski and Wi1son a11 capab1e of scoring everytime they touch the ba11, and with a bonafide passing attack wi11 open up things for the run game and Brady. Now get us a centre to snap the ba11 for us!!
