Every team left in the playoffs is in the same situation - Win or go Home.

Montreal is highly favoured for the Eastern Final Game but they are letting others set the odds and the Bombers intend to show up, limit errors, play error-free football, execute and win the game.

The Injury List contains a lot of "questionable" marks non of which are more important than the starting quarterback.  Zach Collaros did not practice today and remains "
"Questionable" for the game.  Dru Brown took all the reps.

The list of "Questionables" is long and we will have to wait for the game depth chart to see who is actually in and who is out.

Not much to be said - it's all on the line Saturday so, Let's Go Bombers!

Only roster change for the Bombers is Collaros comes on and Elgersma is off.

Zach is a GTD However.

Man, this is frustrating - assuming it's not gamemanship.

Collaros is too injured to practice for multiple weeks but the hours before gametime is going to get him to full health?

Zach Collaros game-time decision for East Final for Winnipeg Blue Bombers

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have officially listed Zach Collaros as a game-time decision for the East Final on Saturday.

The Blue Bombers did not practice on Tuesday and held a closed session on Wednesday, after which Collaros was listed as a limited participant on the team's official injury report. Collaros did not practice on Thursday.

Collaros did not play against the Toronto Argonauts in the East Semi-Final due to a ribs injury he suffered against the B.C. Lions in Week 21. He was a limited participant in practice leading into the game and was officially listed as questionable.

Brown started in his place and completed 18-of-30 pass attempts for 206 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in a 25-22 win. He threw the game-winning score to Nic Demski with less than one minute left in the fourth quarter.

Winnipeg and Montreal met twice during the regular season, and split the two meetings. Collaros started when the Blue Bombers won 44-28 at Princess Auto Stadium in August, which was one of the biggest upsets of the year. Brown started in October when the Alouettes evened things out with a 37-10 victory at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.

Collaros went 7-5 as a starter during the regular season, completing 70.4 percent of his passes for 2,989 yards, 15 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He also rushed 12 times for 76 yards.

Brown made six starts during the regular season, posting a 2-4 record. He completed 69.9 percent of his passes for 1,687 yards, 10 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.

According to lead CFL statistician Steve Daniel, Brown is 0-3 as a starter over the course of his CFL career against the Alouettes.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers (10-9) will visit the Montreal Alouettes (14-4) for the East Final at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium on Saturday, November 7, with kickoff scheduled for 3:00 p.m. ET. The teams met twice during the regular season, with both teams winning at home.

The game will be broadcast on TSN, CTV, and RDS in Canada and CFL+ internationally. Radio listeners can tune in on 680 CJOB in Winnipeg and TSN 690 (English) or 99.5 Montreal (French) in Montreal.

I love it! Either they're lying and they just switch to elgs at the last minute, or they're not and Zach might see the field a bit or a lot. It costs us nothing, yet forces mtl to really worry about Zach's deep threat.

Let's say Zach is still pretty dinged up. Then you start dru and Zach can come in if dru gets hurt or royally sucks. Still better than throwing elgs in.

And if Zach is good enough to start, then you have both of our strongest qbs available to deploy as needed. No need to stick with either if they are sucking rocks or gets a severed thumb.

I can't see Zach lasting if he's the starter. He seldom has enough time to set up and throw and sacks or interceptions will be a big factor.

All-star left tackle Nick Callender game-time decision for Montreal Alouettes in East Final

The Montreal Alouettes are potentially getting a couple of big names back in the lineup for the East Final, including top offensive lineman Nick Callender.

The 32-year-old left tackle is listed as a game-time decision for Saturday after missing the last six games with a back injury. He was a limited participant in all three practice sessions this week and appears likely to suit up. Despite his extended absence, Callender earned his fourth career East Division All-CFL selection this year and was a finalist for Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman, losing to Winnipeg's Jarell Broxton.

Also returning this week is kicker Jose Maltos Diaz, who underwent wrist surgery after suffering an injury in Week 20 against Saskatchewan. The native of Mexico has connected on 40-of-43 attempts this year (93 percent) and delivered the kick that sent Montreal to the Grey Cup in 2025.

As expected, quarterback Davis Alexander and his top two receivers, Tyson Philpot and Tyler Snead, will be ready to go after resting the final two weeks of the regular season. Veteran defensive tackle Dylan Wynn, who was acquired at the CFL trade deadline, will be a game-time decision with a head/back injury.

Notably, running back Travis Theis has been ruled out with a knee injury despite being initially listed as questionable. Stevie Scott III and Shomari Lawrence will continue to form the backfield tandem.

Kicker Lewis Ward and offensive lineman Des Holmes are ready to go on the reserve roster should a late scratch arise. Special teams standout Jonathan Sutherland (hamstring), receiver Alexander Hollins (ankle), offensive lineman Reuben Fatheree II (illness), and defensive tackle Bryce Ganious (shoulder) will begin the playoffs on the injured list.

The Montreal Alouettes (14-4) will host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (10-9) for the East Final at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium on Saturday, November 7, with kickoff scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

100% disagree. Basing it on the bad ankle Grey cup and the cut finger Grey cup. Montreal will be coming for that rib, it's no secret. I'd rather have a healthy anybody, play a safe turnover free game.

O'Shea would never pull a QB out for non-performance, especially Zach, he has faith even in the dying minutes there's a great opportunity to turn a 2 score game on it's head!

Not true. Not when a qb is dinged up. If in the 24 gc Wilson makes that td in the ez I bet you anything he stays in. Especially if he moves the ball on his next series.

In every other gc we had nobody who could step in. Now we have dru, who for all his faults, does give us a small chance. If Zach royally stinks for several series, this WILL be the time that MOS finally makes a move.

And to top it off, dru is always better coming in as relief!

No Ento for MTL.  That's very good news for us.  He singlehandedly often destroys us in big games.

This is a good one.  "Eastern Final Video Essay".  Good job WFC media crew.

I really hate the perennial xover mantra "why not us", and am glad we're staying away from that this year.

But there is something poetic about this being the last year of the xover.  A "last" plus a "first" would be a fitting end to the pre-Johnston era.
