2Q11:25 Classic mugging by Kenny stops the game for several minutes.  Luke doesn't like it.  They don't realize this has been a tactic (especially on 2nd & long) by many teams for years.

And the league gave HAM IC to reward them for a classic mugging.

It's time for the league to step in and create new rules about mugging.  Clearly define exactly what a DB has to do to not take a penalty.  Maybe start by giving the DB the space they are in -- if a REC comes in and initiates contact then it's OPI, or at least a non-call for DPI.

In the meantime, it's clear to me that the league is using hands as the determining factor: if you're the DB, put your hands down (or up) and don't lay a finger on the REC.  in this OTT instance the dude did put his arms beside Kenny.

I think the whole mugging thing cheapens the CFL, and gives cheaters an unfair advantage.

Poor Ottawa reaaaaally suck, looks like they ll run the table with loses the rest of the season (there I just broke the hex, they ll win the next game!!)

OTT reminds me a bit like us this year.  They often stay close, but then suck in the 4th or have too many mistakes late.  They have no ability to close.

Very pathetic and sad we can make comparisons with a 0-14 team.
