I doubt Cobb was on the field for more than 10 plays, he is rotating with Clercius and Daniels.  The suggestion that Singer replaces Nield is a better solution if they want to provide him with starter reps, but I don't believe they are ready to sideline Nield yet, with his size he still has the potential to make big plays.

Ummm... that's the point.  Roster space needed for Demski, you don't pull Neild, you pull the invisible Cobb.  And have to decide each down which 5 starting level receivers you play out of the 6 available.

Who do you rotate Daniels with?  You realize you can't field 5 receivers plus a TE or a 6th O-lineman? I don't have an accurate snap count but I believe Daniels is out there for most snaps.  If you rotate him with Nield, you'd be cutting Nield's reps by more than half.

I voted for 50 but expected more to temper expectations.  Pkeasantly surprised.  More of him, please.

You take out whoever is the 2nd Canadian receiver when you use Daniels as a tight end. Move Nield outside in place of Cobb.

You cannot block downfield on a pass across the LOS, but you can block downfield if the pass is behind the LOS, its in the rulebook and every official knows this, its another thing to catch this infraction in real time, your linesmen have got to be on the ball/sharp.

We're not talking blocking a non target player. We're talking impeding the target. Say Brady is trying to leak out to catch a screen behind LOS. You can chip him, especially since he'll be faking a block, but you cannot hold and impede him. You have to let him go to play the ball.
