What the heck?  Ottawa hangs a 16 point 4th quarter recovery on us, and then gives one up to BC?

VA did NOT win this game... he tried to hand it to OTT.  Williams pulled his butt out of the fire...

Bob Dyce and the Ottawa coaching staff handed the game to BC.

It defies all logic to go for a 50 yard field goal when up by 10 with a minute and a half left in the game.  The longer the field goal the greater the risk for a big return with heavy players out there blocking for a field goal kicker.  And it doesn't really help your team out if the field goal is made.  Heck, gambling on third down and turning over the ball at the 43 yard line would have been more logical.

Punt the ball with the proper coverage team out there (not heavy o-linemen like when you kick a field goal), aim for the corner and the Lions have to move the ball 100 plus yards in less than 60 or so seconds...and then they have to successfully kick onside (less than 10% chance of this actually happening) and move it another 30 yards in less than 20 seconds to kick a mid-range field goal. 

Bob is simply a dumb head coach and this isn't the first time he has made an egregious mistake that cost his team the game.  This mistake likely cost the Redblacks what little chance they had to make the playoffs.  He should be fired by season's end.  He is no more than a receivers coach/special teams coach.
