First time getting a parking pass for the Banjo Bowl. How early can we access the parking lots?

First time getting a parking pass for the Banjo Bowl. How early can we access the parking lots?

Depends on the lot...  the Bomber site has directions...

I've seen people there as early as 8 am 

The lots aren't "closed"; if you come early, the worst case is there is no one manning it, so you're welcome to park. However, when they are manned, they reserve the right to check all the cars to make sure you indeed have a pass.

So you can pretty much come whenever you want.
