I missed it live yesterday due to the Jets game at a friends house.
Even I know the result this IS must watch TV.
Can?t believe how many few fans showed up!
It looked there might of been 15,000 there while being generous , maybe.
Rider fans can never say they support there team through thick and thin!

For certain, it appear there will be changes in the Riders organization next season starting with Cody Fajardo who seems to want out. 

If I were a Rider fan I would not be happy unless a full house cleaning occurs. This regime had there chances. JOD and CD need to go! 12,000 people in the stands in the year you are hosting the GC is unacceptable.  CF leaving needs to just be the beginning.

I noticed the poor attendance as well and also noticed whatever fans were there were
booing towards the end of the game-both are signs of unhappy fans. I think Dickinson s coached his last game there

CGY had nothing at all to play for and should be in "conserve health" mode.  I'm pretty shocked they were gunning as hard as they were.  And really not resting anyone.  No one would have bat an eye if CGY played mostly #2s and lost (like WPG just did in BC).

SSK needed the win to stay alive and keep selling those season tickets to disgruntled fans.  SSK had everything to play and win for.

Dickenson The Greater really stomped the boot on Dickenson The Lesser's throat.  Like in an obvious and nasty way.  There was no let-up or mercy.

That's ok, but I might have gone easier on my sibling in that situation.

In the only way it would matter to CGY, wouldn't they rather face awful SSK in the GC than TOR/MTL/HAM?

Ya, he was in full on vitriol mode.  Sometimes I think he's going to go postal.  He's like Maas, but with better physical control: the most whacking he does is to knock the mic boom down from his mouth to his chin.

Then there's "Elmer Fudd", as the Riderfans forum likes to call him, on the other sideline smiling and saying "jee shucks swell the boyz tried hard".  These two guys are brothers??  Was there a mixup at the hospital?

You?re right in questioning if there was a mixup at the hospital. Dave is freaky intense, always yelling st someone on the sideline,  and Craig s always breathing through his mouth with a stunned look on his face on the sideline, and has that aw shucks persona about him.

IF we face the Stamps here in the West final we need to shut down the run game. They looked good with 3 capable running backs this year including the best back in the league. They also have a pretty good o-line.

I am a little surprised how much they relied on short passing game and running against Sask. for two reasons...one it's different from the way they normally play, and two it gives BC and WPG some extra film to try and counteract it.

Yes Dickie was extra whiney with the ref's last game, I enjoy whenever they get a penalty especially something like a holding call just so I can try and watch him on the sidelines whine...

I think Dickie #1 has had enough of losing big games and knows they have to change their approach, taking Mills off their P.R. tells me they're preparing to go heavy run game if they need to in the playoffs and not rely so much on big passing plays as they have in the past. 

I hope the Bombers are prepared for that scenario as Bighill alone will not be able to stop them from running the ball down their throats, especially if they dress all 3 superb running backs. I don't have much faith Wilson will be back in time, Clements seems inadequate against the run so maybe Gauthier plays in his place and Darby and B.A. can help shut down the run on the edges of the box.  It would also be nice to see Rutledge dressed on that day just in case they need his added size and physicality.

I agree, whoever we face, BC or Cal, they will focus on the run game especially if the weather is bad, which the Bombers have had trouble stopping this year. Ritchie Hall better get the boys prepared.

I have a hunch we will be fine as I think the Blue Bombers have not shown all there cards with regards to defensive schemes to stop the run. Plus we will be more healthy to step up to.

If there's one DC who can stop the run, it's Hall.  You want to run?  Ok, you get one freebie.  Don't expect to run on us again in the same series unless 3+ plays go by first.
