Playoff Picture.

Big game in Hamilton this weekend for both teams. Hamilton needs a win to stay in the playoff race. Rider also needs to stay in control of the crossover.

Sask. Record 6-9, Hamilton, Calgary, Calgary. 2 of their last 3 are away.

Hamilton: 4-10, Sask, Calgary, Ottawa, Ottawa.

Toronto hasn't locked up 1st. in the east yet. This also a big game for them and BC this weekend. Toronto needs a win to stay ahead of Montreal. BC needs a win to keep pace with Winnipeg.

Toronto: 8-6, BC, EE, Montreal, Montreal.

BC:  10-4, Toronto, Winnipeg, EE, Winnipeg.

And then there is Calgary. 10-5, Hamilton, Sask, Sask. I am sure they would love to have a home playoff game.

Best thing that can happen for Sask is to not make the playoffs at all.  I can see Hamilton pulling ahead with Sask, RBs X 2.  I can't see the Riders beating Calgary.

West is fun to watch this year.  As good a year as the Bombers have had, they still have to win two of their last three to secure 1st.

I suspect BC finishes 2nd, if only because they hold the season series with the Stamps.

Nice to clinch this weekend with a BC loss and a Bomber win. A number of our players could take some time off.

Statistically speaking, the Bombers have had an over 99% chance to win the West for a few weeks now. BC could theoretically run the table but it's not likely. Vernon Adams is bound to have another bad game somewhere along the line.

Valid point, but BC losing to either Toronto or Edmonton isn't highly likely so the Bombers still need to beat them to clinch first.

HAM can lose to SSK and still be in the playoffs, as others pointed out a tie (7 wins each) means HAM beats SSK in standings.  HAM should beat OTT twice, so all HAM has to do is beat one of SSK or CGY.  I bet they put their effort into SSK!

SSK is almost certainly not making the playoffs this year unless they get very lucky and HAM gets very unlucky.  Wait until that fanbase finds out they didn't even make the crossover!!

It's like they had their data wiped and went to the most recent backup only to find out it was 12 weeks old.
