Anyone know if they are allowed? If allowed why no cow bells @ bell mts?

Cowbells outdoors are not that bad at the stadium.  Inside the MTS Centre they would be horrible.  I hope they are banned.

You don't need noisemakers like that at an indoor sporting event. That would be excessively loud and stupid.
