2 separate situations.

Atlanta had 2 teams.  They lost the Flames to Calgary, and the Thrashers to us.  Both unrelated.

Makes about as much sense as calling the Avs the Nordiques, the Hurricanes the Whalers, the Stars the North Stars, or the Devils the Scouts or the Rockies.

#NHLJets Mathieu Perreault is a game time decision for gm2 on Friday.

Heard we was spotted after the game in a sling so I doubt he plays.
