Oh, and my bad... I was wrong... it was weeks 13 - 15 which he played the 3 worst defenses which inflated his QBR... not weeks 15 - 17 as I had previously stated.

Weeks 13 to 15 was 120, 134 and 144 QBRs.
Ok then are we removing the 3 games from 2016 when he played poor pass defences as well?  You can?t just pick and choose stats to suit your argument  ::)

Yes you can.... if 3 games HEAVILY changed and inflated his QBR.  In 2016 he only had ONE game of a QB of over 100.0 - which means his 78 QBR for the season was CONSISTENT since he got under 100 QBR every game.  In 3 games in 2017 he had a HEAVILY inflated QBR for 3 games... which is why it looks better than 2016.

You are making no sense.

If you remove Bortles best 3 games of 2016 his QBR will still remain around 78 for the year.  If you remove his 3 best games in 2017 it will drop from 84 to somewhere in the 70s for the year.

All I am saying is that in 2016 his QBR for the year is consistent to his play for the entire year.  His 84 QBR for 2017 is not consistent to his play for 2017 since 3 of his games drastically changed his QBR for the other 13 games he played.
