Ottawa O line has not been very good at all.

Calgary people are pretty soft..... staying away cause of a bit of rain.
Most of Winnipegs stadium is covered so I think most Bomber fans would be there in bad weather.I know I have been at a few bad weather games especially at the old stadium where it was not covered.

55 Stick Car

Between the rain and the gusting winds the weather is wicked here. I would guess it would be better and easier if it was -30 out. Not a fun game to watch.

Called Offensive pass interference on Ottawa

End of the first half a Calgary receiver rhymes bulldozed a db turned and caught a pass

No call.

I don't like this ref crew.

The Zipp

quick six is chilly

is VA a fair weather QB?

Sir Blue and Gold

Crum might win the monsoon bowl.

The Zipp

gotta knock that one down Ringland...

need a running game on a day like today

Blue In BC

Int cost the Redblacks about 25 -30 yards. Dumb. Why try to kick a FG when a single makes it a two score game for Calgary?

Not impressed by many of the coaching decisions on both sides.

Regardless, great win for the Redblacks and it doesn't hurt Winnipeg.

It still would have been a long punt even with the wind.

Yes but probably easier to get more distance than with a FG effort. Also better directional control. At worst the Stamps try to run it out and that could be an interesting result either way.

Maybe, but it is also 8C.  In the rain.  That's not fun.  That's winter in Vancouver weather.  It's also the same temp it was in the 2019 GC! (Though that had no rain, and dead calm wind, was a wonderful night.)

Quote from: pdirks67 on June 21, 2025, 09:04:45 PMI get that the weather is going to have a negative impact on offensive performance. But this is embarassing so far. Pro football teams shouldn't look like this, even when the weather is wet and windy.

And cold.  8C and driving rain ain't fun.  Ya, should probably be better, but when you can't throw or catch or run without everything slipping...

I'm more miffed at the ineffective camera hoods!  Holy smokes just get some extended lens hoods!!

Weather went pro.  Big FA acquisition.

Hey, why is OTT allowed to wear all-black uniforms?  Isn't the visiting team required to wear their white away jerseys?

Don't think I've ever seen a FG hit padding around the goal post before!  That was a squeaker.
