1. Does Toronto receive the gate receipts? parking? concessions?
2. Do they have to rent the stadium from the Bombers?

I heard split on the cjob pre-game show. Don't know if it was all 3 that you mentioned or just gate. The Bombers should provide us with the details IMO. However it was split, it was likely mutually beneficial to both teams. And there was probably a sizable chunk of money received from whatever entity(s) to compensate for giving up their BMO dates. I doubt we'll ever know those details.
While the Argos ownership likely did well financially in this deal, it's going to cost them on the field. Playing your home games on the visitors field is asinine. It's a bad look for the league and they shouldn't have allowed it, but probably didn't have the power to stop it. Kudos to the ownership of the BC Lions, who did the right thing.

* Retains Concessions • CFL gives Fixed Payout to Argos
• Retains Parking Fees • CFL Absorbs Travel/Lodging
• Covers Stadium Costs • Zero Venue Risk
The CFL essentially purchased the game from the Argos for a set price and covers travel and lodgings. The Bombers are responsible for all costs to run the game and are entitled to all the revenue streams.

Just emphasizes how incompetent the management of the Argos is, they can't be bothered to put in any effort in an attempt to grow their fanbase, Pinball is no more than a song and dance man. I've heard Rogers recently bought out MLSE, wonder what bad consequences are to come?

Wow! That's a weird arrangement. WFC basically makes bank and pays nobody anything. CFL puts out $ to Argos. Argos at best make what they normally make (not much).
Very strange. If I ran Argos I'd have said I'll do it only if I get a large cut of game day profits -- knowing this will be the best-attended Argos home game since John Candy.
But hey, I'm not complaining, as this will make 2026 a record WFC revenue year -- especially if we host a playoff too!

They didn't announce a sell-out at the game, and the butts count said something like only 32140?
So lets' use our "out" to avoid ending the sell-out streak: it doesn't count as it wasn't a home game!
Well I'm glad my beer money at the stadium didn't go directly to the Argos.
The covered ads weren't that intrusive and also no Argos logo on the field. I'd be game for another "away" game under those circumstances.

The game goes into the record books as a home game.
