Well, we're doing better than we did in the '25 ESF, so that's something to build on. D is playing MUCH better than last year. O is probably worse, though. Gotta make the change, at least to see if it's QB or OL/RECs. Can't do worse than a drive for zero points. Well, I guess Dru could throw 10 INTs. That would suck.

But we clearly aren't going to win waiting for D and ST to save us with scores or 40YL starting field position.

If Davis Alexander wants to continue to try and throw a block after handing the ball off, the D needs to unload on him and be the hammer on Alexander and not the nail. A couple of good hits and Alexander will stop that.

We won in 2025 I believe without him.

We may have a better chance with him this year playing this way..but there is always a chance.

So who won the toss? If we deferred, then do we elect to give MTL the ball again in the 3rd Q? Is the wind really that much of a factor today? Is it dying down?

MTL has no trouble throwing 50Y into any direction.

I really do hate it when we give an opponent the ball to start both halves though for some mythical wind advantage that only helps once we're already down 25 pts.

We lost the '25 ESF. Ended our season. Came back and looked good late until Brady fumbled it and sealed our fate.
