And every other player is not a 38 year old vet and needs to practice together to be an effective team.
That old war horse ain't getting a better arm by practicing this week.

Hes not getting better, but the team can be worse by not practicing.
My wife is amazing!

Nobody knows how to prepare a football team for a game better than MOS. He was a very focussed, intense player and expects the same from his players. He played well late into his career and knows full well the value of rest for aging players. Bombers will be ready for the Als, I just think they're in over their heads, but anything can happen in a winner take all game. We're due for an upset win

Feels like the thing MOS is worst at.

I'm excited. This is hands down the most exciting day of the CFL season. Yes, better than Grey Cup day. Having our team in it, in tough or not, just adds to it.

Lately he seems to coach nothing like how he played.
The Bombers come out flat to start the game and half time. What does that tell you?

I wish I was wrong.

Unfortunately I do not think you are wrong. For what ever reason and especially this season and last the Bombers appear to come out flat more times than not.

Yeah, that's been our problem. Slow starts and slow finishes at the half and then to start the next half. Too many periods where we seem to have checked out.

No more excuses

Hes Terrible at it.

Somehow he thinks not motivating his players is somehow motivating them

His Team came out the gate absolutely pathetic in 4 of 5 Grey Cups and more regular season games we can count

That trend started back in 2024 when they laid an egg against BC at home, I think VA was their QB at that time. Before then they delivered reliably, Zach has games now when he just can't get the offence into gear when he needs to and it's become more frequent over time.

I agree. This is all borrowed time. No pressure. Just fun.

We can be good and I'll be thrilled. We can stink and I'll be fine, because it'll take a miracle to not have alexander reach 450y and Philpot 250y.

The one thing I will get mad at is if the refs throw as many phantom flags as last game! I want to see real penalties only, and replays clearly showing them all. And if a single ref is clearly out of line, command needs to call him at halftime and reign him in.
Never go full Johnston!

I wonder if we'll see any innovation on either side of the ball. It doesn't have to be a crazy nuts change but something not expected.

Maybe we throw to Daniels twice this game. The Als won't be looking for that. lol

That would hell soothe the sting of a wasted draft pick. Especially if we don't have a 1st next year to start a rebuild.
