In years past the Bombers always used their last few games to provide PR players bumps in pay while starters sat out, that hasn't been an option this year. More than half of that PR list is doomed, super unlikely any of them get a chance to dress for a very limited playoff run.

QB is a different category which wouldn't count against the total number of Canadians required as far as I know. It counts if starting. Gatkouth is getting a full pay check on the reserve but is also nicked.

I wouldn't expect any player on the PR past this week to get activated unless we have another injury.

Yes the others could be added and do nothing but we could let Lawson sit on the sidelines as well.

It seems that every time we've had a GTD, that player played even if reps were reduced.

Good point about Elgersma, Lawson gets full pay whether he's on the roster or the 1 game, Cobb, Corcoran or Vibert would get a bump with a game day cheque. If they want any of them to come back it's one way to dole out a favour.

Looks like Jenkins has probably beaten out Jaworski and Dixon for the D-line job but he still falls behind Fletcher and Reese as starters. As far as I know Jenkins never laid a finger on a QB in any of his starts. Decent turn-over in one season and there is the possibility Jaworski or Dixon might be back for another try next TC.

Cobb is on the 6 game IR and can't be activated without SMS implications beyond a 1 game check.

Of the 3 on the PR, Vibert might be the only one they want back in 2027. He'd also be OL depth and as I mentioned a possible short yardage big guy on defence. If we have a big lead late in the game ( lol ) he might even get some reps at center.

I'm not convinced Corcoran will be invited back. The other Canadian receiver is a newbie to the PR so he's not a likely choice.

That leaves Peterson. I have no idea if he's in the plans for 2027 or whether he's been getting any reps to work on ST's beyond back up return duty.

So in that sense, Vibert seems like the best choice that might actually see some reps on offence.
