I really have mixed feelings on this one. Of course as a fan you want you team to win and then hopefully get into the playoffs wherein (you can believe anything can happen), however there is a part of me that believes that changes need to take place up and down the organization in order to correct the downward trend that has taken place over the past few years. And in order to move the organization into making these tough decisions I believe they (the Bombers) need to miss the playoffs. If they do get into the playoffs and then one and done etc. it gives the organization an easy out to not make the changes that I feel are necessary for the long term betterment of the organization over all.

I believe they can win the game, it's just hard to believe in Zach's ability to stay healthy and productive for the next 6 weeks in a row.

The easy way order those mixed feelings is to realize that even if they miss the playoffs, their philosophy isn't going to change anyway.

You can't get caught up in games down the road, we HAVE TO win this game, end of story, lose and we're done. I honestly think with the fan support/screaming etc,  Zach will give his best performance of the year and lead us to a win, whatever happens in the following week, not sure about and can't care about right now, we have to win this game for anything to matter.

If we give it our all and still lose, so be it, then this will hopefully be the catalyst for change, out with the old and in with the new.

Sway

If we have any trick plays on special teams or anything, today is the day to use one for the first time in 8 years

I worry we are gonna try and game manage this thing with slow slugging bully ball and just be happy with FGs.

We get behind we are done

Throw Long Bannatyne

Relax, according to O'Shea this is just another game, no pressure to perform, the boys know exactly what to do.

Quote from: Blue In BC on Today at 03:59:49 PMSure. Odds improve if the Riders lose to the Als this weekend along with a Bomber win.

I can not see the Riders winning any more games.  They play Montreal twice and Edmonton once.  Their D is one of the worst in the West.  It will be hard but we just have to win one game and Calgary is the one... I hope.

Montreal has 1st play locked up. They may take their foot off the gas. However the Riders are without 2 top receivers and Awachie as well.

BTW. The Bombers have given up a few more points than the Riders in equal number of games.  Also 133 less than the Stamps that have played 1 more game.

The Stamps have the worst defence in the west. In act only Ottawa has given up more points.

If we can't take advantage of that, then that says it all.
