Good road win for the Jets. PP and PK were both very good. Skinner looked better. Bauer with another fight. The kid fight every game. We need to get some 5 on 5 scoring if we want to compete with the better teams.

Hooray a win with a solid performance from Stu and great
results from our PP.

Only 2 games in and I desperately want Barron to play on a line with Bjorck and Vilardi.
Send Rosen to the press box and dress Koepke

Believe it's is Clay time in goal tonight

Totally agree. VB61 with two big wingers, and Barron has speed. Koepke provides more speed then Rosen, and a lot more grit.

Penguins have some O. Jets will have to play some solid D tonight.

Another nice road win for our Jets. Clay was very solid in the net for the Jets.

St. Ivany and Koepke in NN62 and Bauer  out.

Game had some very good puck movement and definitely both goalies were solid and turned back many good chances
Our new man "Mud", which apparently is the nickname for Clay, really was a terrific surprise.

Other than too many turnovers, I certainly felt the even strength compete was solid.

Next three games for Jets. Avalanche, Ducks, Wild. The good teams this will be a good measuring stick for the boys.

McKenna scored his first goal last night, time for VB61 to get his first tonight.

McKenna 4 games 2 points.
Stenberg 3 games 1 point.
Bjorck  3 games 0 points.
Smit  5 games, 0 points.

Looks like Verhoff, Carel, Rudolph, and Malhotra, will all play for Canada at the World Juniors.

We beat Colorado, despite being outshot 34-19.
Next up is Anaheim, and former Jet Jeff Malott.
After that is Minnesota, against another former Jet Zach Bogosian.

Not our best game of the year. But, Stu kept us in the game and the boys did enough to win.

Tremendous, jump outta one's seat, jubilation, when KFC potted
the winner. My gosh how satisfying that felt

Stuuuuuuu was terrific and the Dmen certainly picked up the slack when JMo left the game

JockitchwithRich

Understand that Mud gets the start in the net tonight
Meanwhile JMo is ruled out for the game

Nothing against Bauer but feel Fleury might be better on his feet vs the fast Ducks team

What's the word on El Niño

Bauer got his time, but hopefully he's not in most games. I disagree with the concept of having a guy skate for 5 minutes so he can spend 14 in the penalty box. It's a waste of a roster spot.

Nino got benched because the 4th line looked old and busted didn't he? It's been way more effective with Koepke.
My wife is amazing!
