Yeah, I'd take that projected line-up with a grain mountain of salt right now. Just a pointless thing to include in that article, IMO.

Well, the Skinner deal makes more sense now...

Top 6 forward, decent prospect and a pick is being tossed around, I don't think that's near enough.  But it is what it is.

Chevy has been the master of getting value for distressed assets.  Let's hope he has one more rabbit in the hat.

Skinner is not a good goalie, so unless they get a very good goal back in the trade, the Jets my have a very tough season.

The Jets are coming off a very tough season, which was with Hellebuyck in net for most of it.

They can't do much worse and that was the case even before Hellebuyck's dramatics yesterday. Turns out the guy's just another self-centered liar like a number of US players lately.

And even if Cheveldayoff manages to trade him away, I'm not sure the return's going to be a game changer for the franchise.

I am okay with him leaving. He wants to win a cup, and it does look like the Jets are going to do that in the next couple years if at all.
