The best source for that information was https://stats.cfldb.ca/. Sadly, that site suffered a crash in February and the site owner made the decision not to re-set the site to a previous version. Lots of really valuable information was lost forever.

Another really cool CFL resource is Gridiron Uniform Database. You will have to go through season by season to identify which games were televised. The most recent season added to the site (2004) doesn't list which games were televised. That may have been the first season that all regular season games were on TV.
