Hopefully the Toronto "home game" is in the summer.

Maybe they will have their 2 games in back to back weeks and the Argos just stay here for a week.

Yeah, I don't really care how many times we play which teams. You never know who's going to be good at what point of the season.

What I would like is if our opponents were spread out a bit more. We played both our games against BC in our first two games and never again. We only played like 3 different teams in the first half of the season. It got pretty boring pretty fast.

The more summer home games, the better, obviously.
My wife is amazing!

Nah, I'm fine with false expectations... because of the "any given Sunday" rule.  Just get to the cup, where anything can happen.  I'd rather get to the cup with false expectations than be out in a SF with true ones.
Never go full Johnston!

That's what I said!  Our BC and 3X games were really badly scheduled, with no spacing:

BC: week 2 & 3
CGY: week 5 & 7 & 10
SSK: week 13 & 14 & 20

The EDM games were more nicely spaced.  They should all be like that.  It gives you a better feel for how you match up against any one team over the whole year, through the ups & downs of both teams.

Problem is the last few years the Bombers tend to stand pat when they think they're the top dog, while other teams continue to improve their roster throughout the season. I'd like to see a comparison of the number of players the Riders brought in this year vs. the Bombers.

We Should not be playing Riders 3 times every year just because attendance is better.

It should rotate between the 5 teams in the West equally who plays who 3x.

And a 2 game series with Riders makes Labour/Banjo have more stakes for season series implications when we play them 2x in a season

I'm pretty sure SSK was in full on "puzzle piece" mode in FA25.  They were like us 5 seasons ago -- so close, just needing the last couple of pieces to be the best.  Thus, I bet their FA pickups were few, but impactful.

SSK's only goal was beating a WPG-beating team & scheme in '25.  And they succeeded.  Now it's our turn to build a SSK-beating team & scheme.  The Trevor dink & dunk is very vulnerable.  Spend all of FA forward solving that problem.  And how to stop that OL & Liver King.  Basically we need to do what SSK did when solving the WPG OL/AH/Brady problem.

Oh ya, and let's make that a problem again... by getting a top run-block OL.  No one feared our run game in '25.
