Was never quite able to live up to expectations.

Enjoyed watching him play though.
My wife is amazing!

Only 8 years?  I would have guessed more than 10!  His best years were in BC with to Burnham.  Lots of threats those years.  He was legit those years, and could rip you a new one.
Never go full Johnston!

wow, never saw either one of those retirements coming, I thought both were very decent recievers last year, but i guess, they know when its time...

I don't know about that, Rhymes had 3 seasons over 1000 yds which is one more than Lawler has put up in a similar time frame while being heralded as the best.  He did have a turbulent career as a negotiator, often ending up in disputes with the 3 clubs that signed him, usually leading to his premature release.  He was also central to the 2024 "Rourke Revolt" when Rick Campbell anointed Nathan Rourke the starter upon his return from the NFL, Rhymes staunchly planted himself in the camp of Vernon Adams, thus his departure from BC was arranged shortly afterwards.

Dom rhymes is a very decent reciever as is Dunbar, I would have taken either on our roster
