Get both....

The Zipp

just terrible play calls and clock management by calgary

dd

Not sure why Calgary didn't run the ball and kick with no time left on the clock

Bc has enough time to win it now. Poor clock management by Dickinson

Cost them the game

The Zipp

i think calgary defence is better than BC's

The Zipp

that loss is on DD and vaj

they should have run mills instead of the home run shots in a row

Even I knew that.

How can Dave Dickensen not?

But it's always good to see him lose.

Congrats to Buck.

Stamps got slue footed. Harsh way to end a season.
BC should give the Cryders all they can handle.
I'd love to see Rourke rip em apart.
Season ticket holder since year 1 of the Reinbold era.

Congrats to Buck.
I was at the game (if I can't go to Montreal, I can at least enjoy CFL football in Vancouver as a west coast, US-based CFL fan).

I said to my friend "Why isn't Calgary running the ball? They are going to leave BC with too much time on the clock. The clock stops if it's an incomplete pass."

And that's exactly what happened.

Poor clock management by Calgary, but also supreme kudos to BC for executing three plays in a row to win the game in the last 30 seconds.

I m thinking Dickenson saw that BC was loading the box to try and stop the run, so they went play action and took some deep shots in an attempt to score a TD. But really, he out-thought himself. Who cares if you score a TD if you leave 40+ seconds on the clock (time that would have been left if they scored a TD), BC still gets the ball. Just run the ball, even if you don't gain anything, which they didn't via passing either, you run the clock to zeros and kick the winning field goal.

Yes it was poor time management. Passing is one thing but the Stamps didn't need to go deep shot. They just needed to get a 1st down and keep moving the sticks.
One game at a time.

For sure, no question there. And they didn't even have to move the chains, just burn the clock out. The multiple deeps shots was crazy, especially when that means you're leaving time on the clock, which should be the primary goal at that point in the game and field position. Burn the clock, kick the field goal, pretty straight forward. But not for Dickenson!!
