That's the big thing that has changed is our scouting staff has been poached for the last couple of years and our talent pipeline has dropped off

Ottawa needs a real football coach.  They need to figure a plan which pays the most important players the most money. They need scouts that can identify real QB candidates.  The Montreal QB is a great example. Let a candidate ride the bench, learn the game.  Bring in some old guy to lead the team in the first couple of years. In the meantime, build your offensive line, and get one of Torontos scouts.  They have built teams in two of the last three years.

They have 2 decent Qb's in Brown and Crum, some decent recievers, but their game plan is horrible. Dinwiddie would solve that. #2 choice would be Burris--need an offensive mind to turn things around there. No to Campbell and Steinhauer and MOS wouldn't go there without KW as his manager and if Burke stays, the talent pipeline doesn't improve and to me, that's more of the problem than coaching.

they listened to you...well done!

The move only makes sense. Ottawa needs a great football mind to turn that ship around, they now have it. Look out in 2026, Dru Brown, Geno Lewis, Hardy and Pimpleton are going to have a wicked year. I am both happy and excited for the Redblacks fans, finally , you're prayers have been answered!!
