WPG has been horrible since last night. I was in Kildonan Park and it was like a thick fog everywhere. Didn't affect me, but looked like garbage driving home.

The new rules say that the game would be cancelled and turned into a 2-possession-each mini game played before the SSK@CGY game. Pretty much everyone agrees that would be ultra-lame.

Well, clearly the 30 min warmup is NOT part of the 3 hour rule, because CFL hasn't announced a full cancellation yet. So we still have 20 mins for them to announce they are starting the game. Then a 30 min warmup. Then kickoff.

So 30 more mins for the smoke to bugger off.

It just dawned on me that the 3 hour rule is precisely how long a CFL game takes normally... so the fans are in the stadium, drinking & eating like they normally do (or more?). Only after 2 hours or so do some start quitting and leaving.

Great way for the CFL to maintain their revenue even for cancelled games!!

Rider forum says: "cfl says they have set a deadline of 11:45 (WPG time) to decide if the game will be played."

Edit: So much for the super cereal new 3 hour rule! LOL. If they can ignore that rule, just ignore the AQI rule and play when it's under 10. Who decided on 8 anyhow??

Per Jay McNeil (Stampeders president) via QR radio, league will wait until 10:45 CST before calling the game. If postponed, the game will be played tomorrow.
