Week 3 fines: Busby, Rambo, et al

Junkie already posted in another thread, but there's enough here to get its own thread.

Rambo gets fined for... shooting a (fake) gun?  Rambo?  RAMBO?  Millennial refs too young to have seen the movie?     

Kidding aside, we see tons of players shooting off finger guns, or getting really darn close, in nearly ever game.  It was getting really egregious in 2024 when they basically stopped flagging those.  CFL needs to make up its bleepin' mind on this one.  Call them or don't call them, but don't pick and choose willy nilly!

I really don't like the Busby fine for the low block.  I want a memo clarifying exactly which part of the rule they think he broke.  Could it be the "within the TE positions" means where they are at the time of the hit?  Surely that can't be?

Players, RECs mostly, will have to walk on eggshells with low blocks (i.e. not do them) until this is clarified.  I still maintain Busby did nothing wrong as per my reading of the rule.

Rider fans up in arms about the Micah hit.  Anyone have the timestamp of it?  I didn't notice anything in-game.

Lastly, Woodruff did get that fine for whacking the ref.  Guess his theory didn't pan out.
