Cadwallader should have been penalised for that tackle out of bounds on Leake. MOS will be talking to him about that.

A bit of a nail biter but good game overall. No apparent injuries for the 2nd week in a row.

Demski had a great game and is racking up the TD's.

Collaros looked pretty good tonight. A few close calls and a slow 3rd Q, but he came through when he needed to.

Peterson, Cooley and Chris-Ike all used in the passing game. Not very productive but a new element which will improve.

Run game not great tonight until the 4th Q. Peterson is going to be a very good RB going forward. It's not just whether he accumulates yardage but you can see he has talent. Cooley was less productive but he had less reps and it was when the Elks were keying on taking away our run game.

Bonds is becoming better with each passing game ( no pun intended ). However, needs some work on the jugs machine. Two games in a row those near pics could have been game changers.

Holm is outstanding. He's very fast but he has very high football IQ.

Our front 7 made more of the DT's this week for the most part. Game planning or gelling playing together? Not sure but overall a good outing.

The missed single by Castillo made me nervous in the 4th when the game was tied. It ended up not hurting us, but it did make me nervous.

I may re-watch the game tomorrow if my heart restarts. YIKES!!! 3 - 0.

Both of you are correct.

From the CFL Rule Book
(v) Tripping an opponent from behind shall be considered accidental pass interference.
** Julien-Grant was behind

(iv) Inadvertent tripping by a player with equal position shall not be ruled as interference.
** Holm had equal or better position than Julien-Grant

Always nice to have a sellout which inspires the team. I don't think they caused any procedures by the Elks but it's still probably worth a FG in motivation. Kudos to all the fans.

Yeah it looked like Grant ran into Holm and if anything should have been an offensive PI. Regardless not every call will go our way.

why why didn't we take the ball to start the half

That is a excellent question. EE grabbed with the momentum and owned us in the 3rd. quarter.

Wheatfall was feeling that hit. You could tell he is hurting sitting on the bench.

Yeah, I was expecting a penalty for rough play hitting a defenceless receiver. No doubt that hurt but I don't think he sustained any injury. Might get an extra day before starting to practice.

ZC8 25/30  334 yards, 3 TDs. Zach was feeling it. And, that's with pretty much zero O in the 3rd. quarter.

TJ33  6 DTs, 1 sack.
DS83  6/6 75 yards. I think Dalton is back.
ND10  5/7 93 yards. 2 TDs.
OL had a very good game.  SB66 getting run over, showing a little age on that one???

DBs had a couple of bad breakdowns again, and missed a couple of tackles.

It's easy to sell out the stadium when everyone has a great time and wants to come back for more, more, more.
