What does this team look like in 2026.

If budget was no object I'd choose Fajardo, MBT or Arbuckle to back Zach up this season, because ultimately it would help the team get back to winning another Grey Cup.

He has not shown that except in Montreal, and Montreal is such a strong team that they went 4-0 with Alexander went in during CoFaj's yearly injury hiatus.

He's overrated. He's an aging injury risk. He's a me-first playing who doesn't fit in with our locker room.

And he's just an annoying individual.

You're vision is clouded by hate, which doesn't lead to rational thinking.

-He led the Riders to a 9-5 record in 2019 and advanced to the West Final.

-He led the Als to a 9-7 record in 2022 and won the GC as MVP winning the game by throwing an ace to Philpot with 17 seconds remaining.

-This past season he was 5-0 before being knocked out of action for 4 games, returned and led the team to a 12-5-1 record.

-Despite his age Fajardo continues to be an effective mobile QB that is a risk to run on any given play, something Zach could do once upon a time but is no longer able to do.

I don't like the guy either, but I will admit over time he has become a very good CFL QB.

I agree on Fajardo being overrated. He's never thrown more than 18 TDs in a season and his career stats are pretty pedestrian outside of one hot post-season run in 2023.

That doesn't mean he can't be a good QB2, though.

We've watched the guy for a long time.

I think your opinion is clouded by one game, tbh. He's had a couple good seasons when he is able to be carried by an elite defence. Otherwise he's been very much below average.

His last two teams he's been a part of agree with me.
