My only reservation is this could give Dinwiddie a chance to exorcise his GC-loss demons, winning vicariously through Arbuckle.  He may be rabid trying to win this because if he loses again it may bring back all the PTSD from his GC loss that he has spent all this time putting behind him.  This could mentally break the man.

Yes, Arbuckle has starts.  Yes, he's won games.  But what's his record ex-CGY?  Pretty bad.  Bad enough to barely be employed in 2024.  He never looked good after leaving CGY.  Him Franklin & Jennings only looked good because of the team they were on.  When they left the good team, they revealed their suckage.

Arbuckle starting the GC is as bad as Dolegala starting for us would be.

There's a reason we opened 10.5 point favorites in betting markets.  10.5!  It'll be hard to make any money betting on WPG this week.

Dolegala might as well be a pylon! Thought he was totally useless in Sask. 3rd qb spot wide open next season as Streves is done. Wilson has done the same job and more so far. Just need see what he can do with his arm. Younger and cheaper too. Wheels that Streves no longer has and major potential upside is he has a good arm/accuracy.


Zach stays for next year and then either retires or becomes sort of the backup/QB coach at same time if he wants.

I was also shocked at how nonplussed he was after moving his foot the completely wrong way, the look on his face seemed more astonishment than pain.  Maybe his pain threshold is much higher than a normal person due to playing football so long, or maybe he was on some good pain meds for other issues...
