Why?  I don't like this at all.

It is almost as bad as rebranding CIS to US. 

CIS was CANADIAN Interuniversity Sprots. US Sports sounds like United States Sports. 

And yes, I know saying US Sports is like saying ATM machine, but still, you know what I mean.

Why can't we say CFL All Stars?  There is nothing to say that is referring to a "star" player, just a player in the CFL.  Might even be construed as a player who only played in the CFL...

Ya, my bad, you can still use "all-stars" for the divisional winners, they only changed it at the leaguewide-level.  I didn't know that before posting.

I didn't know they rebraded CIS to US.  Ya, that's mega lame.  Like US doesn't have meaning to everyone in the world!  doh

But yay!, thanks for agreeing with me that "all-CFL" is dumb nomenclature.  I'd say "if it ain't broke"...
