Rourke still throwing with massive zip.  Crazy fast.  But his wind up isn't as fast as 2022.  His previous time from decision/wind/throw was faster than I've ever seen... this year, not so much (yet?).

The reason for the wide out picks is he still thinks he's 2022 fast... but he's not and our DBs have time to jump the route.
