The team will return to practice tomorrow morning, 11:30am-12:45pm, at Princess Auto Stadium. Tomorrow's practice is open to the public.

How about the Rourke watch? I am pissed off at him being abused by the teams in the NFL. Of course he should wait until final cuts and a couple weeks in to catch on for injury situations. Milk it and conquer adversity, ya only live once. If I were BC I'd say screw the salary cap, bring him back.

BC practices Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. He'll get a full week in. My guess is he plays Sunday.

I assume they'll have to release Vernon Adams when healthy. Rourke probably set the ceiling for QBs in the CFL with the deal he just signed. Maybe he gets traded I suppose but if he does it won't be for the haul anyone thinks.

Well, he will make everyone better.
I don't mind success for VA.  He certainly deserves it. He's percervied.  Same as Fajardo.  They both have faults, but overcame to lead their teams to success.

Bombers had their shot.  This year is a different challenge.  But almost all the other teams had the same. Upon reflection, Bombers had a great four or five years. Bombers have managed it as well as expected.  Fluke losses, could have been wins.  I mean Demski fumbling??? Those words dont go together. Brady also. Collaros forcing. Passes into the end zone? But the thing is, they are still the best at their positions, plus they make all kinds of super star plays.  Plus they make their franchises alive.

So the drama with VA continues. Now Ottawa has to overcome. Can the league's prior stars successfully overcome?  I wonder how Shoen is doing? Did he have surgery?

According to Farhan Lalji, Rourke signed a 3 year deal through the 2026 season.

Several sources stating that deal was structured to allow VA to remain with Lions - don't expect him to be traded.
