Was referring to the offside call.  But it needs to apply to all penalties.

And this command Center calling missed penalties is a crock.  Either call all of them (I.e. blatant holds by the Riders) if you're going to call a brush to the face to extend a drive.

It was definitely closer than I originally thought. Hard to overturn though.

His feet were still grazing the tips of the turf when the ball was in his hands. But can you definitively say he "had possession" while still in contact?

Honestly though, if all he has to do is touch the turf, it probably was a catch.
