Lots of new faces, we will see who ends up hanging around for opening day. Looks like Manoah came into TC, fit and ready to move past his 2023 season.

I honestly haven't been less excited for a season to start in a long time. The team didn't really add anyone of consequence so we're just hope everyone is better this year?

I like what the Jays have done with there DH. 3rd base is going to be interesting. It sounds like CB is also taking reps at 3rd. Apparently pitcher Ricky Tiedemann has looked VG.

Nice win by the Blue Jays today.  Very good pitching. Bats took awhile to get going.

First 3 innings were not encouraging but ........ hooray, they then had some very big hits
Big jacks went over the walls 3 times including the long no-doubter by Vladi G.   
 Pitching by Berrios was spot on and then the supporting cast were basically perfect

Tonight we hope this continues

Jays didn't look good. Made a couple of costly errors. Bassitt giving up the Grand Slam. Springer with another HR.

Nice bounce back day for the Blue Jays. Gausman with a pretty good start to his season. Turner with 4 hits and 3 RBIs. IKF also with 2 hits.

Big recovery win to get a split in Tampa. Pitching was sharp and Turner and the boys scored a bunch

 now onto Houston, who are licking wounds from the Yankees sweeping all 4 games

Nice come back win for the Jays tonight. Excellent pitching kept us in the game. Turner had a great night at the plate. Schneider with a two run homer in the 9th, for the win.

Blue Jays are a 500 team at this point. There O has been very good so far this season. However today Clement hits a 7th inning HR, and then the Yankee's pitching blows up in the 9th. Blue Jays was solid again. Not pretty, but we will take it.

Blue Jays have had a rough start to the year with 10 games to start the season on the road. Came home with a 4-6 record.  Pitching ran hot and cold, however they are still missing a couple of key pitchers at this point. The Jays also left far to many runners on base. Kirk can't seem to throw out runners on base, but DJ is expected back soon.

Turner has been very good so far this season. Clements is playing well, and looks like he will replace Chapman. IKF is another player who has played well so far this season. And, Schneider continues to play well.

Blue Jays pitching excellent again tonight. A couple of stolen bases, and some timely hitting. Jay's looked good again tonight at home.

Kikuchi had a nice showing wasted by poor, poor hitting and then a terrible 10th inning

Well, Jays took another 2 out of 3 on the weekend. Gausman was terrible on Friday and gave up 6 runs, other then that it was a pretty good weekend for the Jays pitching. Jays O seems to be coming around, with Turner leading the way. Will be nice when we get some of injured players back.

Gausman with nice bounce back game. Jays up 4-2 going into the 9th. Mayza and Swanson give up 4 runs in the 9th. Sad, can't be loosing games like that. The Jays winning 2 of 3 against the Yankees.

Battling tonight in San Diego vs a knuckleball thrower. It will be a tough adjustment but hittable we hope.

Excellent pitching again for the Blue Jays. Blue Jays with 11 hits. Most of them coming early in the game.

Blue Jays win another game tonight. That's 6 wins out of there last 7 games. Pitching was excellent again tonight. Seems like every night it's a different group of players providing the O.

The Blue Jays pitching gives up only 6 hits, but 9 walks in a 6-3 loss.

Good pitching, timely hitting, and no BBs, the Jays beat the Royals 5-3. Another good road win.

Did not watch Jays as the hockey took my focus but **** a 3-2 loss but the 3 runs were unearned

Hitters need to drive runners in and not leave 10 runners, per last night, on base

Blue Jays lost a 2-1 5 inning game to KC. The game was rain delayed for 3.5 hours before the umpires gave the W to KC. Vlad still not hitting.

Blue Jays give up 19 hits in a 12 -2 L.

such a pathetic start in the hitting category by high priced Jays, except Turmer.

Wonder if any of these guys are to big for their unis cuz they aren't, seemingly, improving
Is it the deaf ear syndrome to their batting coach or is he inept

The Blue Jays are scored most of there runs in the first 3-4 inning. Then nothing. There also leaving far to many runners on base.

Apparently Bichette will not be in the lineup tonight, so Turner will move to the 2nd spot in the batting lineup.
Meanwhile Kiner-Falefa then goes to SS and young Addison Barger gets his first start at 3rd.

Another game, 6-1 loss, where the offense just did not compete

Coach Schneider or the batting coach are not going to finish the season at this ghastly rate of production

Little baffled by this team. They score runs early and then seem to sit on leads. Late inning scoring just isn't there. They have only scored 6 runs in 5 of 34 games. Relief pitching at times is also not very good.

saw on a sports ticker that Springer is not in starting lineup so Schneider will lead off with Varsho 2nd,
and they show Bichette down in 6th spot    GOOD LUCK JAYS this weekend

Wow, Gausman had a rough outing. Down 8-3 after 4. However the bats came alive and the relief pitching was ood for a 10-8 final. Nice come back win. Vladi 4 hits, Jansen 3 hits, Schneider 3 hits.

Last in the division; 5 games back of .500; Bichette batting around .200; pretty sure the team doesn't have anyone signed beyond the next couple of years.

Nice win over the Orioles. Berrios was lights out good. Bo with 3 hits, a walk, and a stolen base. Clements with 2 hits, but that bunt in the 10th was a beauty.

Baltimore bang the balls all over the ballpark in the first 2 games and the Jays overall were real bad
However the script gets flipped and the Jays are victorious in the last 2 of the 4 game set.

Berrios and Kikuchi were solid and guys like Turner, Vlad, I.K.F, to name a few, came through

Last night in San Fran, with having only 3 hits after their batting in the ninth, still led 3-2

Then basically Richards, in relief, blew it all, culminating in a wild pitch and a 4-3 loss
Love baseball ..... but this season has been testing everyone and the bad really out weighs the good

Relief pitching has really hurt this team, and inconsistent hitting. However last night even with Francis giving up to HRs in the 9th, we had 10 runs on 14 hits.

Webb, for San Fran, locks them down for 4 innings and then in the next two, everything was terrific

Bichette and Varsho get removed, due to physical reasons and things became positive

Atkins and co have really flubbed the last few years.

For the most part not having much issue at what the Jays (Atkins) did.
Course the Garcia move puzzled me and the trade of Kiner-Falefa was disappointing

The amount of infielders picked up was a bit of a head scratcher. Would have kept I.K-F. over D. Schneider
 Perhaps, another arm or hustling outfielder, with power, to help Vlad in the lineup

Yes Spring Training will be extremely competitive
