Kelly was absolutely terrible in this game. What a loser! Dinwiddie looks absolutely pissed!

My final take for tonight: TOR was down ~14pts much of the game yet they abandoned the run until they were down 21.  That was insane.  2 scores is nothing in the 1st/2nd/3rd Q.  Why pull the panic switch?  Oullette was doing well.  I think Dinwiddie is his own OC?  Just dumb play calling.  Hire a real OC and concentrate on being a HC.

Kelly's breakdown was a lot like VAJ's.  Their normal game is all they know and when their normal game fails they have nothing else.  And they're not balanced: too much air, not enough ground.  If they can keep most of their guys in FA, and fill in a couple of pieces, they'll both be strong again next year.  I think it's clear that the TOR and (recently) CGY "platoon style" RB scheme isn't the best scheme.

That said, I like Major way more than Valesi.  Ben's always getting the short end of the stick, and cleats to the face.  Dude looks like he's been through a war zone sometimes.  He's earned his playoff appearance.

I really really really hope this means they are saving Proulx for the big GC.  Proulx has been very fair to us in our dynasty years.

No officiating team got 2 games in the playoffs. Maybe they grade all four and best gets GC? I am not sure.

Argos are going to have an issue with Kelly's new contract and how they absorb it into the rest of their roster SMS. I'm also curious to see if they over spent in 2023 with that padded 1 game IR they had most of the season. Perhaps not having an expensive QB this year allowed them to bulk up the roster.

In any case, like all teams the Argos will have lots of potential free agents and may lose some key elements.

Despite his poor showing yesterday he will likely win the MOP award over Brady....he has received soooo much hype and media attention this year it's embarrassing.   Not playing in any meaningful games over their last 6 didn't do him any favours either,

Was it just me not seeing it, but did not Chad Kelly just run away after the game. Not shaking hands or offering congrats to any Montreal players/coaches. If so just plain unsportsmanlike.
I hope the people deciding the awards noticed this. In my opinion being a MOP just does include what you do on the field but off as well. Brady O is not just a fabulous football player but a great ambassador off the field. Chad Kelly is quite the opposite as far as I can see.

You may be right but in meaningful games Brady O has Outshined Kelly by a country mile. I'm not sure how that can be ignored by even the staunchest Argo supporters. Kelly was simply awful when it mattered. The look on Kelly's face being repeatedly shown on national television as he fumbled and threw INT after INT won't help him either. The look on his coach's face was just as bad.  One was a bewildered, "But we're the Argos", look and the other was a disgusted, angry, "You've got to be effin kidding me", look. Both will be etched in my mind for many years to come. Thoroughly enjoyable.
