Ya it did, but it certainly wasn't smart. As a smart coach, you simply don't put yourself in that situation and risk injury in a nothing return. Don't tempt fate, Play smart as without Grant, we are in serious trouble in our return game, that could have been disasterous

Man are the Stamps ever pathetic, can't imagine the excuses Dickenson is using to explain such a poor effort against Bombers B-team.  Gave Maier the benefit of doubt all season, but now questioning if he will ever be a good starting QB.  I would seriously consider bidding for Brown if I was in their shoes.

Bombers had 12:30 TOP in the 1st Q. Stamps had about 6 plays. That include a couple of incompletions. An int that didn't count due to a Bomber penalty. One punt and a turnover due to a fumble. I don't think they had 10 yards of offence in the 1st Q.

That was one of the worst 1st Q's by any team all season. lol

I haven't checked the final TOP but the Bombers clearly won TOP and field position for most of the game. ST's still need some work.

Hamstring depends on severity. 3 weeks is the minimum. Could extend to months if a severe one

I can?t believe the difference a week makes for the Stamps. Last week they killed the lions, this week they were brutal. I m thinking the lions get their revenge and we see them in the wf at IGF and it will be an unreal game.

Last week the Lions turned the ball over 5 times. That's why they lost, not because the Stamps played great.

Turnovers also reflect positively on the opposing teams efforts, in that specific game the Stamps caused many of them.

What a crappy weekend of football, pretty rare all games mean nothing to the standings and there is no playoff drama on the line.  CFL won't be happy with the game turnout or the viewer numbers.  Expected to see impressive play from a few vet. QB's such as BLM, Fajardo and Maier, instead all 3 played like bums.

Mitchell really looked awful. That one play where he was getting pressured, stepped up in the pocket, and then just collapsed, it looked like he just lost his will to play. Granted a nothing game, but I thought Powell looks like the better QB.

He certainly has lost his mobility, not that he was ever a runner but was always very good at taking a few quick steps and releasing the ball.  Now he looks old, fat and slow.

Exactly, I thought the Stamps played hungry and desparate in BC, yet at home, they just looked bad
