Kick coverage was better today. Longest return was 22 yards. However most of our kickoffs land somewhere around the 20 yard line.

Parker was better with his returns.

ZC8 didn't get sacked, but he took some big hits.

Kramdi, Holm, and Wilson, all over the field.

Nice to see JA27, get some touches and looked very good.

It was generally all good.....we put up 51 points and settled the score.    Zach responded to this game in exemplary fashion....not sure what our total net yardage was and i'm sure it was prolific.   Every player to a man stepped up their game and they avenged their loss of the LDC.

The opening KO and the Riders scrimmage from CF.....why kick to the 35 YL?  Was that intentional?
Lawler's drop after a perfect pass by Zach....he protested he was face masked.....I didn't see it

Question....disclaimer I was drinking a new concoction so wasn't the sharpest......but did Lanier #91 not take two UR penalties.....I though two UR penalties was an ejection? I must be missing something so what is the new rule and what does get you ejected?

Yes, that was an ugly kick. We also had a couple of kicks that landed between the 20-25.

I actually think that other than the opening kick the rest were much improved, Castillo has been line driving kicks letting the returner outrun the coverage, by getting more height tacklers were able to get further down field even if it did sacrifice some distance. End result was much better kick coverage. We also kicked to different locations ie away from Alford which made us less predictable.
