Looks good on highlight tape. Size speed and lots of stats making tackles including those for losses.

TyJuan Garbutt has all the intangibles to be more than successful in the NFL and beyond. From humble beginnings in Virginia to waylaying his way to college football royalty, TyJuan Is ready more than ever to take his skills to the next level, the NFL.

What is that supposed to mean?

Pete

no idea about the royalty, but it does appear as he can line up inside or on the edge which could be valuable if hes any good

Pigskin

I like his speed. Gets to the ball quickly. Glad we bought in a DE.
Don't go through life looking in the rearview mirror.

Sounds like a beast to me and would have come cheap

Not sure exactly other than one of the better players on his team etc.

Garbutt seems like a good prospect, but don?t know how he?ll help us much this year. He?s a rookie who has never been to a pro training camp and has already missed half this year. I guess we have to hope he?s a fast learner.

Agree but might set us up for a year or two down the road.

Hopefully he will turn out to be another Jefferson.

Pete

right now id be satisfied if he turned out to be another haba

NewBlue

I wonder if this was for a long term plan, or if Haba is potentially out and this kid might be playing soon. .
Camp or no camp, he could potentially play.  Not ideal though.

Pete

Haba is on the six game so likely we see him sooner than later

Not likely, he doesn't have the body type. Wish they would bring in more long lanky guys like McCallister that can be groomed to fill Willy's role.

Hopefully this guy can bring the goods.
