Prukop wasn't even on the active roster not sure if he's hurt or just  got beat out

Maybe Prukop realizes he's not a QB1 starter and there's a chance we see him back for week 1??  Might be an option if we can't find a SY guy in the current crop at TC?

If Prukop wants to come back, I think the Bombers welcome him with open arms, hard to find a 3rd string specialist with the ability to break plays wide open with pure athletic ability like he can.  Line plungers are a dime a dozen.

I would not be sad to see Prukop back, but I am curious as to what the newbs can show.

I think he will be back in the CFL this season. Would be nice to see him in Blue and Gold again.

Yea shocked to see almost no one in the stands this past Sunday with McLeods team playing.  He  had them undefeated till this game.
Some good defensive players.  The guys on offence are only kidding themselves. McLeods play was as good as ever.  the usual bad passes, but at least he can read defences.  If Toronto does not want him, probably every other team would.

Nice to see him succeed.  

A year or two of a good payday for him.....but he had that in Toronto.

And again there were less people in the stands than most amateur football games in Winnipeg.

But who cares, the Bombers have the best team, on paper, at least.  Go Bombers go!

Prukop should be able to find a #2 role in the league... if we can land him for a #3 pay, awesome.  I just think he might find a better offer... like Edm or Mtl...  they'd love a solid #2

I don't think he can get a # 2 spot in the CFL. He was in the CFL for 6 years and he has a total of 25 completions. Those were in the last 2 years with Winnipeg.

Prukup is very athletic and great at attacking with his feet. Unfortunately, you need to be able to throw and read defenses to be a professional quarterback and that's where the trouble starts. His ceiling in the CFL is short yardage/running QB.

Edm. has Tre Ford and Kai Locksley as backups, Mtl. has Caleb Evans, I doubt either team is interested in ditching their potential for Prukop.

From my point of view he is a Pro at QB sneaking.

If he wants back in, bring him.  10% raise, maybe a few bonuses, based on performance.
Put one in there for a 100 yd game passing, a 300 yd game combined.

These could be attainable, but he would have to do them.  Pretty good if there are no other offers, and he wants to achieve personal and team goals(Grey Cup)

His wife just had their child a week or so ago. He was probably just taking the week off.
