I see BC getting new uniforms. Bombers could use a change too. Get rid of that big W on shoulders and change road combo to remove the gobs of blue on shoulders. doesn't work. White tops for road with a bit of striping and dark blue numbering; blue pants with gold stripe. Home combination is fine.
just a thought.

I don't mind them messing with the alternates, but I really like the current home and away jerseys.

Homes are **** near perfect? always I?m not a huge fan.  Kinda agree with the OPs point that the blue on the shoulders don?t work

Change nothing. They're all perfect.

Even the alternates, which I did not like when they came out, have grown on me.

Also, I hate the new BC unis. Thought they had it right last year, with orange and black home, orange and white away, and gun metal-dominant alternates.

The bombers are missing out on a money grab?.create a noticeable third uniform .
I have always thought a very dark Blue/ black jersey would be a natural seller. Fans would likely eat it ip

I am not the one to comment on what would sell but I agree gotta be on trend and generate some cash flow

Legitimately there could be a market for an updated take on the dark navy blue era jerseys but black as the base colour for the Bombers is as much as non-starter as a double blue camo with no gold.

CoryB beat me to it.  Screw around and you risk another camo debacle.  How long and how much discount was required to blow out the camo stock, eh?

Look at Sask and the GC109 black/green jerseys.  They took a chance on those and still have stock they're trying to blow out to this very day (as I'm the only one who liked the things).  (No, price hasn't dropped again... yet.)

I think the current WPG home jerseys are perfect.  Perfect color.  Perfect style.  Love it.  The aways I don't think much about, but I don't recall seeing anything wrong with them.  And yes, the '22 alternates looked pretty good in person, just not on the computer.

agree there are no changes needed to home uniforms, other than removing the giant W on the shoulder. how many big identical redundant Ws are needed. It's the road combo that needs tweaking. Don't need all that blue on shoulders. Leave white and add a few gold/blue stripes on shoulders/sleeves, change the road pants to blue with full length gold stripe.

If getting rid of the shoulder W allows them to sew on the player number, I'm all for it.  As someone who *really* (re)watches the plays and wants to know who everyone is at all times, I far prefer the teams that have numbers on shoulders.  Often TSN will cut away before we can see a name or number.  Sometimes you can tell/guess who it is by stature, position, etc, but other times (esp ST) you're left guessing.

I'm actually surprised this aspect of the uniform isn't mandated by the league.

As for the other stuff, I'll give some more '22 games a rewatch and see if I can agree or not.  I appreciate your thoughts and input, though!  I love minutiae.

Gotta put out what sells

You know what sells? Winning! ...and tradition. I wouldn't change a thing. Don't mess with success, I'm a bit of a superstitious guy and wouldn't want to see a change in my uniform or colors. Change just for sake of change or a change in an attempt to increase merch sales is bad optics and ultimately would get sniffed out by the club faithful, a risk versus reward scenario.
