I like M. Jones but it depends on what else is happening in the secondary. If we can't re-sign Darby he might be a candidate at SAM. IMO he's very versatile and that's an asset.

I'd be very surprised if they can't re-sign Darby for a reasonable amount, in an interview earlier he's was so happy to be back with the team.

Typically Walters waits until players he's decided to move on from reach F.A. and then doesn't bother offering them a new contract.  He did it with Darvin and Lucky, Maston and Taylor will probably receive the same cold shoulder.

Maybe.  But my whole point was Maston/Taylor or IR.  Neither Darvin nor Lucky were IR when they were cold-shouldered.  I would think/hope IR status changes the way we treat them in the off-season.

If DB Mike Jones reach free-agency, I would like to take take him back.

I would think MTL will never let him go.  He's the bright spot of their middling DB corps.  I would take him back in a heartbeat, but I don't think he'll be affordable even if he does reach FA.

I love Rose and Taylor but I'm happy for Rose to get a great paycheck somewhere else in FA and for Taylor to retire after a great career and a ring.
